The Summer and Holiday Parties, as well as Coffee & Donuts, the Summer Ice Cream Truck Social, and other community building events are only possible through Annual Membership Dues.
Membership dues, along with other private donations, are used by the Board for beautification projects in the canyon, memberships in like-minded organizations which lobby on behalf of the Santa Monica Mountains, providing materials and presentations when advocating on behalf of our community with the County, social events, and other activities which benefit our community as a whole.
Dues have been $50 for many years. We are raising the annual dues to $75 so that we can continue to bring members all of the benefits we’ve provided in the past and more.
TLCA Member benefits include:

• Ability to attend TLC Board Meetings

With your membership you can vote in the election, you will receive email notification of Board meetings and the meeting agenda, you may attend board meetings, propose issues and voice your opinions, you will receive a copy of the meeting minutes and other important communications from the Board. The annual fee for membership is $75, which helps offset the cost of the many projects and events we put on in the canyon.
Per our bylaws - Membership and voting is limited to one membership/one vote per parcel/parcels.
